Maybe you’ve recently moved to a new area and want to explore the city for free with your equally broke friends. Maybe you have a large family and even relatively inexpensive activities turn into fifty dollars for you all to just walk through the door. Or maybe you’ve been living a Fancy Pants lifestyle and are getting bored with the high-priced trendy speakeasies and want to experience what it’s like in the exciting life of the Debt Shrink.
By now you might have guessed that I am a huge fan of exploring the free and inexpensive events in my area. Here are a couple of FREE nation-wide offers that I was excited to learn about:
Smithsonian Magazine Museum Day
Every September, I look forward visiting somewhere new for free with on Smithsonian Magazine Museum Day. This year, it will be held on Saturday, September 22, 2018.
Museums and cultural centers across the country (USA) offer free admission to anyone who presents with a ticket (up to 2 people per ticket), which can be retrieved at Museum Day 2018.
