As we are in the middle of this holiday season, it’s important to keep sight of what’s truly important: Family, Values, Beliefs, Traditions and of course the Food! When I think about the holidays, I think about doing kind things for others (such as making them gifts), being grateful for what I have, and spending time with family.

What I don’t like is how holidays have been replaced with expectations of shopping and consuming. Rather than a happy time, the holidays have become a sources of stress and even depression for many people.
